1. Order Processing All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.
2. Shipping Destinations We ship to the United States, Europe (EU countries), and Italy. If your country is not available at checkout, please contact us at ilariahome83@gmail.com.
3. Estimated Delivery Times Once your order has been processed and shipped, estimated delivery times are:
- United States: 7–15 business days
- European Union: 7–15 business days
- Italy: 7–15 business days
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs processing, carrier delays, or other factors beyond our control.
4. Shipping Costs
- United States: Free shipping on all orders
- Italy & European Union: Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order total
5. Tracking Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 2–5 business days for tracking information to update.
6. Customs and Duties International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or taxes imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the order total.
7. Lost or Delayed Packages If your package appears lost or significantly delayed, please contact us at ilariahome83@gmail.com and we will do our best to resolve the issue promptly.
8. Incorrect Address Plumavi is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. Please double-check your shipping details before placing your order.
