Important Litter Requirements
Use clumping litter only.
According to the product specifications, certain oversized tofu or mixed litter may not work correctly with the cleaning system. Avoid litter pieces exceeding the manufacturer's specified dimensions, as incompatible litter may result in unnecessary litter disposal or improper operation.
Do not use non-clumping cat litter.
Placement Matters
For accurate operation of the weight sensors, place the litter box directly on a flat, hard floor.
Do not position the unit on carpet or place a mat underneath the device, as this may interfere with the weight sensors. Keep the entrance clear at all times.
